I am interested in hiring a studio, how do I go about this?

Please complete the attached enquiry form and email to stating the nature of the enquiry along with date and times required. One of the team will come back to you as soon as possible with our current availability.

What facilities do you have available?

Ample free parking, Conference Room/Board room/committee room for up to 25 persons, Larger studio can accomodate up to 150 persons.  Projector and screen, Accessible toilets, Baby changing facilities, guest Wifi, Coffee bar, Air-conditioning, heating, 3 large studios (two can convert to one huge studio), 1 smaller studio, soundproof music room.

Do you hire for Birthday parties, Christening, Weddings etc?
No, we do not currently hire for these types of functions.
How do I join a class being held at The Howard Venue?

Please contact the tutor of the class you would like to join using the details on the Classes page.

What is your “Cancellations” policy?

Cancellation Terms
One Month or more notice – no charges
4 weeks’ notice – 100% of your hire fee returned.
3 weeks’ notice – 50% of your hire fee returned
2 weeks’ notice – 25% of your hire fee returned
1 weeks’ notice – 0% of your hire fee returned

What are the dimensions of each Studio?

Is The Howard Venue “Accessible”?

Yes it is. All our Studios and facilities are at ground level with no steps or stairs.

Accessible toilet facilities available.

Do you have carparking available?
Yes, we have plenty of “Free” on site carparking available.
Do you have refreshments available?
Yes, during normal opening hours we are able to offer hot and cold drinks, snacks e.g chocolate, sweets, biscuits, crisps. We do not offer fresh food e.g. sandwiches, paninis.
Do you accept cash and card payments?
Yes, we accept both cash and card payments.
Can I have a tour of The Howard Venue?

Who do I contact regarding an appointment I have with HEALTHSHARE?

Please contact HEALTHSHARE main appointment department on 01474 240415. Please note that The Howard Venue staff do not have any access to Patient or clinic records.

I use The Howard Venue as a regular venue for my classes and I always receive a warm welcome upon arrival. I deal a lot with Paula who is very kind and sets out the room and always happy to supply refreshments for my class attendees.

I would highly recommend The Howard Venue to other training and activity providers.
